Sale of the Group’s logistics function completed

IC Group A/S hereby announces that the sale of the Group’s logistics function to Scan Global Logistics Group has been completed.

The contents of this announcement will have no impact on the Group’s outlook for the financial year 2018/19 which was most recently updated in connection with the Company Announcement no. 16/2019 on 17 June 2019.
