• Acquisition of VISUS Health IT GmbH, a leader in Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS)

Koblenz. CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. KGaA (CGM), one of the leading e-health companies in the world, acquired VISUS Health IT GmbH (VISUS), one of the leading providers for Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and Healthcare Content Management in Germany. 

VISUS's key products are JiveX Enterprise PACS, a leading PACS for hospitals and outpatient facilities, JiveX Healthcare Content Management, a cutting-edge vendor neutral archive solution for medical data, and JiveX Healthcare Connect with focus on communicating medical data. As a result of the acquisition, CompuGroup Medical is complementing its portfolio with a well-established and multiple award-winning product suite. For 2020, revenues were amounted to approximately EUR 18.5 million with an adjusted EBITDA of approximately EUR 2.8 million.
