Orascom Development Holding AG: Grösste Tochtergesellschaft in Ägypten, Orascom Development Egypt (ODE), hat ihre Beteiligung an Oberoi Zahra Floating Boat für einen Enterprise Value von USD 4.0 Millionen verkauft
 

Altdorf, 8. Juli 2019 - Orascom Development Holding (ODH) gibt bekannt, dass ihre grösste Tochtergesellschaft in Ägypten (ODE) die 51%ige Beteiligung an Oberoi Zahra, einem Floating Boat auf dem Nil mit 27 Kabinen, zu einem Enterprise Value von USD 4.0 Millionen an einen ägyptischen Privatinvestor verkauft hat. Der Verkauf ist mit einem Barerlös Höhe von USD 2.0 Millionen verbunden. Dieser Ertrag wird in die weitere Expansion der Gruppe reinvestiert.

Die Transaktion erfolgt im Einklang mit der Gruppenstrategie, Nicht-Kernaktivitäten zu veräussern, die Bilanz zu stärken und auf das Kerngeschäft Stadtentwicklung zu fokussieren.
