Both Rachel and Alex bring hefty experience and unique talents to their positions. Rachel possesses over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, including roles as a loan officer, account executive in wholesale lending, and account executive for a credit and risk solutions provider. Her skills include business relationship management, territory development, and customer retention.

Alex is also a lending industry veteran with 15 years of experience. He previously served as a national account executive for a Correspondent and Wholesale lender and has also worked on the retail side. Before joining Data Facts, he was an account executive for a company that provided credit and risk solutions to the lending industry. His strengths include business development, consultative account management, automation, and cost analysis.
