Proposal for the designation of the Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer to the President of the French Republic
The Board of Directors of Aéroports de Paris gathered on 20 May 2019 and has decided to propose to the President of the French Republic the designation of Mr. Augustin de Romanet as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aéroports de Paris.
In application with the 1st article of law no. 2010-838 of 23 July 2010 related to the application of the 5th paragraph of article 13 of the Constitution, Mr. Augustin de Romanet will be heard by competent commissions of the National Assembly and the Senate on 22 May 2019, who will vote on this proposal.
The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer acting will be handled by Mr. Augustin de Romanet from 20 May 2019, upon the decision of the Minister of Economy and Finance, and in accordance with the article 21 of the order No. 2014-948 of the 20 August 2014 related to the governance and capital transactions for companies with public shareholders.
