Change in Ramirent's Board of Directors

Ramirent Plc is announcing the following change in its Board of Directors. Erik Bengtsson, a member of the Ramirent Board since 2017, has decided to leave the Board as of August 31^st, 2018 to take an operative role within Ramirent Group.

As of September 1^st, 2018 Erik Bengtsson has been appointed Executive Vice President, Sweden & Denmark, Group Fleet and Sourcing. Erik Bengtsson has a strong track record in equipment rental industry. He has worked in several managerial positions in Cramo Group between 2005 and 2015, most recently as Executive Vice President, Scandinavia.
