Share capital and voting rights of IC Group A/S

At IC Group A/S' Annual General Meeting held on 26 September 2018, it was conclusively resolved to reduce the Company's share capital by DKK 18,975,510 nominally corresponding to 1,897,551 shares with a nominal value of DKK 10 each. The capital reduction takes place through cancellation of treasury shares.

After the expiry of the deadline for the Company's creditors to file potential claims against the Company, cf. section 192, subsection 1 of the Danish Companies Act, the Company's Board of Directors has decided to complete the capital reduction, and this capital reduction has been registered with the Danish Business Authority today.

Following the capital reduction, IC Group A/S' share capital amounts to a nominal value of DKK  151,933,070 DKK distributed on 15,193,307 shares with a nominal value of DKK 10 each.
