Announcement concerning large shareholders under the Danish Capital Markets Act

Nykredit Realkredit A/S, company reg. (CVR) no. 12 71 92 80, has today notified Ringkjøbing Landbobank that with effect from 13 June 2018, Nykredit Realkredit’s ownership interest in the bank has increased to 9.69% of the bank’s share capital of DKK 30,994,258. The ownership interest thus exceeds 5%.

For a short period today, the ownership interest exceeded 10% until the transaction between Nykredit Realkredit and Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension (ATP) was completed.

After the sale to ATP, Nykredit Realkredit as of today holds a total of 3,003,351 Ringkjøbing Landbobank shares of a nominal value of DKK 1 per share.
