BLS Capital Fondsmæglerselskab A/S (”BLS Capital”), company reg. (CVR) no. 31 17 95 80, yesterday notified Ringkjøbing Landbobank that with effect from 29 March 2019, BLS Capital holds more than 5% of the voting rights in Ringkjøbing Landbobank.

BLS Capital thus controls the voting rights for 1,600,559 shares in Ringkjøbing Landbobank equivalent to 5.16% of the voting rights.
