Data Respons ASA: Completion of share capital increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange release by Data Respons ASA (“the Company”) dated May 6, 2019 regarding a share capital increase of 2 063 496 new shares related to earn-out payments.

The share capital increase was registered today with the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret). Following the completion of the share capital increase, the share capital of the Company is NOK 30 190 334.50 divided into
60 380 669 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.50.
