Data Respons ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 5 June 2019 regarding the extraordinary general meeting approval of a private placement of 10,000,000 shares (the "New Shares") in Data Respons ASA (the "Company") at a subscription price of NOK 27 per share.

The share capital increase of NOK 5,000,000 equal to 10,000,000 New Shares has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Consequently, the share capital of the Company is NOK 36,190,334.50 divided into 72,380,669 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.50.

The New Shares will initially be issued on a separate ISIN (NO0010853161) and not be tradable on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The New Shares will become listed and tradable on the Oslo Stock Exchange following the approval and publication of a listing prospectus by the Company, expected to occur early July 2019.

The New Shares are, however, expected to be admitted to trading on the Merkur Market under the ticker symbol "DAT-ME" in the period from 12 June 2019 and until the listing prospectus has been approved and published by the Company.
