IDEX Biometrics (IDEX ASA), the leading provider of advanced fingerprint identification and authentication solutions, announces that on 10 April 2019, the board of directors of IDEX ASA resolved the annual report and the annual financial statements for 2018. The financial statements are consistent with the preliminary financial statements for 2018 resolved on 26 February 2019. The Board does not propose a dividend.
The Board also resolved to call the Annual General Meeting to be held on 9 May 2018. The notice of the annual general meeting will be issued latest on 18 April 2018.
