Aramark Awarded Management Contract for Lockheed Martin Center for Leadership Excellence

Lockheed Martin announced today Aramark (NYSE: ARMK), a global leader in food, facilities and uniforms, has been selected to manage comprehensive hospitality services for Lockheed Martin’s Center for Leadership Excellence (CLE).

The CLE is a 300,000-square-foot conference center and lodging facility located adjacent to Lockheed Martin’s Corporate Headquarters in Bethesda, Md., that supports company training courses, business meetings and conferences. The center includes a 250-seat amphitheater, eight large training rooms, 18 conference rooms, two full service restaurants and a fitness center for employees.

As the property’s operator, Aramark will provide a wide array of services, including:
- Front desk/concierge services
- Fine dining food services
- Catering
- Fitness center management
- Housekeeping
- Custodial services
- Conference planning
- Audio visual and IT support
Aramark, which will commence operations on January 1, 2020, manages 58 premier hotels, conference centers and corporate leadership sites across the country. As part of the agreement, Aramark will also oversee executive staff dining and catering operations at Lockheed Martin’s Corporate Headquarters.
