Herford, June 22, 2018 - Bitcoin Group SE (ISIN DE000A1TNV91) announces that the Annual General Meeting of its wholly-owned subsidiary Bitcoin Deutschland AG, which operates Germany's only regulated trading plattform for digital currencies under Bitcoin.de, today approved a dividend payment of EUR 50.00 per share. As a result, the parent company will receive a total dividend of EUR 2.5 million and strengthen the solid equity base of Bitcoin Group SE.
