Dorman Products, Inc. Appoints Joseph P. Braun as Senior Vice President and General Counsel

COLMAR, Pa., April 23, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dorman Products, Inc. (NASDAQ:DORM)  (the “Company”) today announced that Joseph P. Braun will join its management team as Senior Vice President and General Counsel effective April 24, 2019.  Mr. Braun succeeds Thomas J. Knoblauch who will continue as Corporate Counsel until his retirement at the end of this year.

Mr. Braun is an accomplished legal executive with more than 20 years’ experience advising publicly traded companies on corporate governance matters, SEC reporting and financing and M&A transactions.  He joins Dorman from his post as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Avantor, Inc.  Mr. Braun has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility in his career, including Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions at Tyco International, after beginning his legal career in private practice at law firms in the Philadelphia area.  Mr. Braun is a graduate of the Temple University School of Law and West Chester University.
