Full House Resorts Announces General Manager for Bronco Billy's Casino and Hotel

  • 50

LAS VEGAS, March 22, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Full House Resorts, Inc. (Nasdaq: FLL) today announced that it has promoted Baxter Lee to General Manager of the Company's Bronco Billy's Casino and Hotel in Cripple Creek, Colorado.  Mr. Lee (no relation to the Company’s President and CEO, Daniel Lee) will transfer from the Company's Silver Slipper Casino and Hotel in Hancock County, Mississippi, where he currently serves as its Director of Sales, Marketing, and Hotel Operations.  Upon regulatory approval, Baxter will replace Marc Murphy, who has been General Manager of Bronco Billy’s since it opened in 1991.  Earlier this year, Marc announced his intention to retire effective at the end of May.  Nick Kaber will remain its Assistant General Manager.

Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, Mr. Lee began his casino career more than 22 years ago with the Lady Luck Gaming Corporation in Natchez, Mississippi.  Mr. Lee held various senior management positions in marketing and operations for both Lady Luck and Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc.  He joined the Silver Slipper approximately seven years ago.  Mr. Lee graduated from Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi, with a degree in business administration.

“We will miss Marc, who has built up the Bronco Billy’s business since its inception.  When we acquired Bronco Billy’s approximately three years ago, he promised that he would stay on for two years.  He stayed for three and we are appreciative of his efforts,” said Daniel R. Lee, President and Chief Executive Officer of Full House Resorts.

“At the same time, I am excited to promote Baxter to General Manager.  Baxter is a unique and talented member of the Full House team.  At Silver Slipper, he has overseen marketing for the past seven years, including the launch of numerous amenities, such as its hotel, the Silver Slipper Beach Club, and the Oyster Bar.  He has directly overseen its 129-guest room hotel since its opening in 2015.  Baxter’s experience will serve Bronco Billy's well, as it prepares to undergo its own significant expansion.  He will do an excellent job leading Bronco Billy's into its new future.”

Baxter, his wife Christina, and their three children are looking forward to relocating to Colorado and becoming a part of the Cripple Creek community.
