The stock options were granted to the Company's newly appointed director, Hannes Portmann, and are subject to necessary regulatory approvals. The stock options shall vest as to 25% of the Optioned Shares on each of February 11, 2019, May 11, 2019, August 11, 2019, and November 11, 2019. ABOUT SILVERCREST METALS INC.
