Resignation of Olivier Rosenfeld, member of the Board of Directors

At the Board of Directors' meeting on January 28, 2019, Olivier Rosenfeld informed the Board that he was stepping down as a director of the Company for personal reasons.

Xavier Niel and all of the Board's other members would like to warmly thank Olivier for his contribution and commitment to the Board's work throughout his time in office.

Iliad's Board of Directors is therefore now made up of 12 members, including six independent directors and one director representing employees.
