Freddie Mac Prices $1.1 Billion Seniors Housing Multifamily K Certificates

MCLEAN, Va., Dec. 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) Multifamily recently priced an offering of Structured Pass-Through Certificates (K Certificates) backed exclusively by multifamily mortgages on seniors housing properties. The company offered approximately $1.1 billion in K Certificates (K-S10 Certificates) that are expected to settle on or about December 20, 2018.  This is Freddie Mac’s tenth K Certificate offering backed exclusively by seniors housing.

The KS10 Trust will also issue Class B, C and R certificates, which will be subordinate to the classes backing the K-S10 Certificates and will not be guaranteed by Freddie Mac.
