PolyOne Shareholders Approve All Proposals at 2019 Annual Meeting

CLEVELAND, May 16, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- PolyOne Corporation (NYSE: POL), a leading global provider of specialized polymer materials, services and solutions, today held its 2019 annual meeting of shareholders, during which time all presented proposals before shareholders were approved.

Actions included the election of the following 10 individuals to serve on the company's Board of Directors until the 2020 annual meeting: Robert E. Abernathy, Richard H. Fearon, Gregory J. Goff, William R. Jellison, Sandra Beach Lin, Dr. Kim Ann Mink, Robert M. Patterson, Kerry J. Preete, Dr. Patricia Verduin and William A. Wulfsohn.

Director William H. Powell retired from the board after 11 years of dedicated service.  "Bill has served on our board since 2008, and has been an instrumental contributor to our growth as a specialty company," said Robert M.
