Ross Dress for Less to Open a New Store in Chester, Virginia

Dublin, California, September 19, 2018 – Ross Dress for Less^® ("Ross") will open a new store in Chester on October 13, 2018.  The 22,000 square foot store is located in the Breckenridge Shopping Center at the southwest corner of Jefferson Davis Highway and West Hundred Road.  With this new opening, Ross will operate 39 stores in Virginia and a total of 1,465 locations.
