Dublin, California, January 30, 2023 – dd's DISCOUNTS^®, a division of Ross Stores, will open its first new store in Milwaukee on February 4, 2023.  The 18,500 square foot store is located in Loomis Centre, at the northwest corner of South 27^th Street and West Loomis Road.
