(CSE: SPMT) (OTC Pink: SPMTF) (FSE: A2AHL5) ("SPMT" or the "Company") wishes to announce that it has acquired the 'Prickle' claims package consisting of 4980 contiguous acres directly bordering Brixton Metals Corp.'s Thorn project in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia.

There has been a flurry of activity in the area recently and yesterday Brixton announced some fantastic drill results on their 'Thorn' property consisting of 554 m of 1.97 G/T AuEq. Our 'Prickle' prospect directly borders this new discovery. The Golden Triangle is one of the most prolific world class mining regions in which Spearmint maintains a district size land position.
