VANCOUVER, BC, Nov. 5, 2020 /PRNewswire/ - Copper Mountain Mining Corporation (TSX: CMMC) (ASX: C6C) (the "Company" or "Copper Mountain") announces that Alistair Cowden has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company so that he can focus his efforts on other professional commitments and duties in Australia.
