MENLO PARK, Calif., July 22, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Forty Seven, Inc. (Nasdaq: FTSV), a clinical stage immuno-oncology company, today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of 10,781,250 shares of common stock, including 1,406,250 shares sold pursuant to the underwriters’ exercise in full of their option to purchase additional shares. Gross proceeds from the offering, before underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, were approximately $86.3 million.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC acted as joint book-running managers, Guggenheim Securities, LLC and Canaccord Genuity LLC acted as lead managers and H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC and Roth Capital Partners, LLC acted as co-managers for the offering.
