Press release

Dr Martha Scheiber to be nominated for election to the Board of Directors

Lucerne, 20 November 2019 - The Board of Directors of Mobimo Holding AG will nominate Dr Martha Scheiber (54) to the shareholders of the company for election at the Annual General Meeting on 31 March 2020. Dr Scheiber would succeed Wilhelm Hansen on the Board of Directors. As already announced, Wilhelm Hansen will not be standing for re-election, after eleven years of successful commitment to Mobimo.

Until 2019, Dr Scheiber was Head of Asset Management and a member of the Executive Board of Pax Holding. In the latter function, she was also responsible for the insurance company's real estate investment portfolio. As Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Pax Verwaltungen AG she was responsible for Pax's real estate services, and as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Pax Anlage AG she supported the listed company's real estate development on a strategic level until 2017. Before joining Pax, she worked for major Swiss banks in various management positions, most recently advising institutional clients. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Luzerner Kantonalbank since 2014.

Dr Scheiber studied physics at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, graduating with a degree in natural sciences (dipl. Natw. ETH), and economics at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). She completed her studies at the HSG with a dissertation on asset liability theory, graduating with a PhD in economics (Dr. oec. HSG).

The Board of Directors of Mobimo Holding AG is confident that thanks to her many years of experience in asset management, real estate, insurance and financial markets as well as her scientific background, Dr Scheiber will be an ideal addition to the board. The composition of the committees will be decided by the Board of Directors at its constituent meeting after the Annual General Meeting on 31 March 2020.
