Stabilisation measures taken

With reference to the company announcement no. 5/2017 dated 24 November 2017 regarding the beginning of the stabilisation period following the initial public offering and admission to trading and official listing of the shares of TCM Group A/S ("TCM Group") on Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S (the "Offering") and the company announcement no. 11/2017 dated 4 December 2017 regarding stabilisation measures taken, TCM Group has received notification that Carnegie Investment Bank, filial af Carnegie Investment Bank AB (Publ), Sverige, acting Stabilisation Agent in connection with the Offering, has taken the stabilisation measures set out in the attached notification with respect to the shares of TCM Group.
