Notification on the Acquisition of Voting Rights

AB “Utenos trikotažas“ has received information that UAB koncernas „SBA“ has acquired 5.55 per cent of AB “Utenos trikotažas“  shares.

After the transaction, the structure of AB „Utenos trikotažas“ authorised capital is as follows: UAB koncernas „SBA“ owns 82.31 per cent, A. Šabūnas – 10 per cent, other shareholders – 7.69 per cent of AB “Utenos trikotažas“ shares.
