He is also the co-founder and CEO of Evergreen Copyrights, a leading independent global music publishing company which was sold to BMG Rights Management. Mr. Schulhof recently served as a Managing Director and Board Member of MI Acquisitions Inc., which successfully completed a merger with Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. He received a B.A. from Georgetown University and a J.D. from the NYU School of Law.
