OP Cooperative is negotiating over the sale of the Vallila property

With reference to information published in South Korean media, OP Financial Group confirms that its central cooperative OP Cooperative is negotiating over the sale of the Vallila property with a South Korean-lead consortium.

OP points out that it has not made any decision on selling the Vallila property and there is not yet any certainty about the outcome of the negotiations or about the details of the transaction, if any.

On 25 April 2019, OP Financial Group announced that OP Cooperative has decided to review its options for selling the Vallila property. The review work has proceeded as planned.

OP Financial Group will provide additional information on the matter once related decisions have been made.
