WesBanco Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend to Its Shareholders

WHEELING, W.V., Aug. 22, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- WesBanco, Inc. (Nasdaq: WSBC), a diversified, multi-state bank holding company, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.31 per share to be paid to its holders of common stock. The dividend will be payable on October 1, 2019 to shareholders of record on September 9, 2019, and represents an annualized cash dividend rate of $1.24 per common share.
