Fed relief programs send stocks soaring, SP500 sees best week since 1974

The trading week has come to a close and Stocks rose sharply on Thursday, wrapping up a big week of gains, after the Federal Reserve detailed a series of programs to support the economy during the shutdowns from the coronavirus pandemic.
