OKLAHOMA CITY, Dec. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of PD-Rx Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly held corporation, (OTC: PDRX) today announced that it has declared a onetime dividend of $2.20 per share payable on December 12, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business November 30, 2018.
