DGAP-Adhoc: TMM Real Estate Development Public Limited announces FY2016 financial results

Kyiv, 03 July 2017 - TMM Real Estate Development Public Limited (ISIN: US87260H1041) ("TMM" or the "Company") announces publication of its consolidated financial statements as at 31^st December 2016 and for the year then ended. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with IFRS and audited by KPMG Limited.

The revenue increased to USD 32.9 million from USD 9.6 million in the previous year. The profit for the year amounted to USD 1.5 million compared to the loss of USD 17 million in FY2015.
