Nekkar ASA: Recorded increase in share capital

Reference is made to stock exchange notice of 27 June 2019 regarding the General Meeting approval of the amendment to the Company's bond loan agreement ISIN NO 001 0593890 reflecting conversion rights of bond into shares in Nekkar ASA (previously TTS Group ASA).
Bondholders have converted a total of NOK 84.170.000,-, to 16.935.608 shares based on the conversion rate of 4,9700 per share.
Subsequent to this conversion, the remaining nominal convertible bond debt is NOK 1.875.000,-, which will be settled on 29 August 2019.
The new share capital in Nekkar ASA of NOK 11.551.108,58 divided into 105.010.078 shares, has been registered in the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises today.
