dynaCERT Announces New CFO

TORONTO, Jan. 11, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- dynaCERT Inc. (TSX VENTURE: DYA) (OTCQB: DYFSF) (FRA: DMJ) ("dynaCERT" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Carmelo Marrelli as the new Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Marrelli is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA, CGA) and serves as Chief Financial Officer of a number of other Canadian public companies including some listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange. The Company has also engaged Marrelli Support Services of Toronto, a company affiliated with Mr. Marrelli, to provide certain accounting services.

dynaCERT is also pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Jean-Pierre Colin, a Director of the Company since December 2016, as the new Corporate Secretary of the Company. Mr. Colin has a background in investment banking, corporate and securities law and strategy consulting.

dynaCERT thanks Mr. Terrence MacDonald, the previous Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company, for his 22 months of service with dynaCERT and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
