Meso Numismatics Files Form 10-12G with the Securities and Exchange Commission

LAS VEGAS, NV, Dec. 18, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- Meso Numismatics, Inc. (“Meso Numismatics” or the “Company”) (OTC PINK: MSSV), a numismatic and technology company specialized in the Meso Region, including Central America and the Caribbean, announced that on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, the Company filed a registration statement on Form 10-12G (the “Registration Statement”) with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).

The Form 10, the General Form for Registration of Securities, is used by companies seeking to register a class of their securities with the SEC. The initial Registration Statement includes preliminary detailed information about Meso Numismatics, such as historical financial information, as well as a description of Meso Numismatics’ business and strategy and other legal and financial disclosures. If declared effective by the SEC, upon effectiveness, the Company then checks another box on its route to become eligible to upgrade from the OTC Pink sheets to the OTCQB reporting tier of the OTC Markets. The Company anticipates the SEC will declare the Registration Statement effective in the first quarter of 2019.
