• Trading Update as of 13 February 2019 for the full year 2018 confirmed
• Strong increase in revenue to EUR 313 million in 2018, representing 18% growth at constant currency and 13% growth including foreign currency effects
• Significant outperformance of the online furniture market in our geographies, which grew by c. 10%, whereas the total market in those countries showed virtually no growth in 2018
• Brazil profitable for the full year 2018 based on adjusted EBITDA margin

Berlin, 25 April 2019 - home24 SE ("home24", the "Company") today published its annual report for the full year 2018 with the audited financial figures. These correspond to the preliminary financial figures that the Company had already announced on 13 February 2019 as part of the Trading Update.

The financial report for the first quarter of 2019 will be published by home24 on 28 May 2019. The Company's first public General Meeting will be held in Berlin on 19 June 2019. The Supervisory Board and the Management Board will propose at the General Meeting to reduce the number of Supervisory Board seats to four. Accordingly, Philipp Kreibohm will defer his initially planned candidacy for the Supervisory Board.
