SAN DIEGO, Dec. 18, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Several public companies have registered members of their board of directors to attend the annual Directors Forum conference, held each January in San Diego.
One such example, WD-40 Company, has made the conference an integral part of their strategy to stay abreast of key governance issues. Says their CEO, Garry Ridge, “We find the in-depth discussion regarding today’s critical governance issues a key factor in preparing for the year ahead. As a company, we are firm believers in good corporate governance, and the dialogue between directors, executives and investors provides great value and insight each year. We are proud to both attend and sponsor the Directors Forum once again in 2019.”
