Oslo, 19 July 2019: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Belships ASA ("Belships" or the "Company") on 15 July 2019 regarding the final results of the subsequent offering carried out by Belships (the "Subsequent Offering") by which the Company had received subscriptions for a total of 558,541 new shares based on subscription rights, of which 6,876 were over-subscriptions.

The share capital increase related to the Subsequent Offering has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of the Company is NOK 409,639,182 divided into 204,819,591 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 2.00.

Danske Bank, Norwegian Branch, DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, and Pareto Securities AS are acting as Managers for the Subsequent Offering. Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS is acting as legal counsel to the Company.
