As announced 21 February 2019 (Company Announcement No 1/2019), Santa Fe Group A/S had scheduled the Annual Report for 2018 to be released today 28 March 2019. As the Santa Fe Group A/S reached agreement with the financing parties only this morning and need time to incorporate this in the Annual Report, the announcement of the Annual Report has been postponed until Sunday 31 March.
The amended Financial Calendar 2019 is hereafter as follows:
