Mandatory Notice of Trade in IDEX - Incentive Subscription Rights

On 7 November 2018, Sarah Mathews, Sr. Director of HR in IDEX ASA, was granted 30,100 incentive subscription rights under the company's 2018 incentive subscription rights plan. The exercise price of the subscription rights is NOK 5.12 per share. 25 per cent of the subscription rights vest per year and the subscription rights expire on 9 May 2023. Following the grant, Ms Mathews holds or controls 0 (nil) shares and 221,300 subscription rights in IDEX.
