Banco Santander-Chile awarded Best Company for Employee Financial Future and the Carlos Vial Espantoso Prize

Santander has been recognized as the Best Company for Employee Financial Future that highlights the company's commitment to the welfare and financial future of its employees. The Bank has also been awarded the Carlos Vial Espantoso Prize, which recognizes the construction of labor relations based on collaboration and trust. The deciding jury highlighted the excellent labor practices that encourage the mutual collaboration with unions and the importance of human resource management to the strategy and the quality of career development.
