WYNYARD, UK, March 15, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Venator Materials PLC (NYSE: VNTR) ("Venator") today announced that it will hold its 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. local time, at the offices of Latham & Watkins LLP, 99 Bishopsgate, London, United Kingdom, EC2M 3XF. Holders of record as of the close of business on April 15, 2019 will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
