(OTC Pink: FECOF) ("FEC" or the "Company") regrettably announces that Mr. Lyle Brown will be retiring from the board of the Company for health reasons effective October 31, 2020. Mr. Brown currently acts as an independent non-executive director and Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee.

He offered an independent mindset and came with a reputation of being a professional accountant of high integrity.
