TDC: Announcement of Nasdaq Copenhagen’s accept of TDC’s request for delisting of TDC’s Shares from Nasdaq Copenhagen

As announced in company announcement no. 53 of 22 May 2018, TDC A/S has upon request from DK Telekommunikation ApS requested Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S ("Nasdaq Copenhagen") for a delisting of all TDC A/S' shares from Nasdaq Copenhagen.

Nasdaq Copenhagen has accepted the request to remove TDC A/S’ shares (ISIN DK0060228559) from trading and official listing. The last day of trading and official listing of the shares in TDC A/S on Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S will be Monday 4 June 2018.
