Kahl am Main, August 17, 2016 - The founder and former CEO and Supervisory Board Chairman Roland Lacher informed the company that he holds as the representative of VVG Familie Roland Lacher KG more than 16 % of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG (SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES) shares.

Dr.-Ing. Stefan Rinck, CEO of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES states: "We regard this investment as a sign of confidence in our company and in the growth potential that SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES has as a leading company in the solar market."

The respective Voting Rights Announcement will be published in agreement with the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
