The Supervisory Board of Consus Real Estate AG ("Consus") and Jens Jäpel have mutually agreed that Jens Jäpel, Chief Development Officer (CDO), resign from the Management Board of Consus and leave the company. This mutual decision was made due to the expected future changes in the company structure.
The Management Board of Consus will thus consist of Andreas Steyer (CEO), Benjamin Lee (CFO) and Theodorus Gorens (CRO and Deputy CFO). "We would like to thank Jens Jäpel for his valuable contribution to the company as CDO of Consus and wish him every success for the future", commented Axel Harloff, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Consus Real Estate AG. Jürgen Kutz, Chief Operating Officer (COO), will be chief spokesperson of Consus RE AG, supported by Theodorus Gorens as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), following the resignation of Jens Jäpel as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Consus RE AG.
