The Creditors' assembly decides to close down the remaining enterprise of Vapiano SE with the aim of liquidating and dissolving Vapiano SE

Cologne, August 27, 2020: At today's creditors' assembly, the creditors of Vapiano SE (ISIN: DE000A0WMNK9, stock exchange code: VAO, hereinafter "the Company"), after the major part of the business of the Company and its subsidiaries has already been sold to a consortium of investors, decided in accordance with § 157 of the German Insolvency Code to permanently close down the remainder of the Company's enterprise with the aim of liquidating and dissolving Vapiano SE. The insolvency administrator Dr. Ruth Rigol from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH will initiate the necessary steps.

At the same time, the creditors were informed by the insolvency administrator at today's creditors' assembly that the insolvency rate will probably be about 3 % after completion of the insolvency proceedings.
