TORONTO, March 28, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wilmington Capital Management Inc. (“Wilmington” or the “Corporation”) today announces results from the Special Meeting of Shareholders held on March 28, 2019 in Calgary, Alberta (the “Meeting”).
Shareholders approved the special resolution relating to the sale of certain assets of the Corporation, including all of its equity interests in Real Storage Private Trust, Real Storage GP Inc. and 2242907 Ontario Inc. to StorageVault Canada Inc. (the “Sale Transaction Resolution”). The voting results for the Sale Transaction Resolution are set out below.
